NivTech Tutors provides a secure, professional online tutoring and e-learning environment designed to:

2. 👤 User Roles & Accounts
a. Students
May register, enroll, and participate in courses and live classes
Must provide accurate information and use the platform responsibly
May receive certificates for eligible courses
b. Tutors / Instructors
Must apply and be approved to create accounts
Responsible for submitting original, lawful, and professional content
Must adhere to instructor guidelines and platform policies
c. Account Security
Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials
NivTech Tutors is not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence
Sharing accounts or login information is prohibited
3. 📚 Course Content
All content must be original, non-plagiarized, and comply with laws
Instructors retain ownership of their content but grant NivTech Tutors a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, stream, and promote content on the platform
NivTech Tutors may remove content violating policies, laws, or intellectual property rights
4. 📄 Certificates
Certificates issued recognize completion of courses and skills learned
Certificates are not accredited by any government, university, or professional body
Certificates may be revoked if fraud, misconduct, or violations are detected
5. 💳 Payments & Fees
a. Payment Gateway
All payments are securely processed via Bank Alfalah Alfa Payment Gateway (APG) and Safepay
Card or bank account details are never stored by NivTech Tutors
b. Instructor Fees
Tutors may pay registration or service fees as stated during signup
Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated
c. Course Pricing
Prices are displayed clearly on course pages
Payment must be completed in full before course access
d. Refunds & Cancellations
Governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy
Classes disrupted by network issues, power failure, or technical issues will be rescheduled
6. ⚖️ User Conduct
All users must:
Treat others with respect and professionalism
Avoid harassment, bullying, or offensive behavior
Female users are required to wear Niqab (Naqab) during all live sessions
Refrain from fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Follow platform rules and applicable laws
Violations may result in:

Technical disruptions will result in rescheduled classes
Abuse of “network issues” as excuses may be investigated
Tutors and students must report genuine issues promptly

Loss of income or learning outcomes

Certificates reflect skills learned and participation
