💳 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At NivTech Tutors, our mission is to provide a reliable, high-quality, and professional online tutoring experience. To maintain fairness for both tutors and students, we operate under a strict No Refund Policy, with only very limited exceptions outlined below. By enrolling in a course, booking a class, or purchasing tutoring services, you agree to this policy.
📘 1. General Policy – No Refunds
All payments made on NivTech Tutors are final and non-refundable.
Once you purchase a course, book a live class, or schedule a one-on-one session, you are committing to the service.
Refunds are not provided for:
Change of mind
Failure to attend a session
Completion of course materials
Download of digital content
Certificates already issued
Discounted or promotional purchases
🧑🏫 2. Courses (Self-Paced / Pre-Recorded)
Once access is granted, courses are non-refundable, regardless of whether the student chooses to complete them.
Bundled or discounted courses follow the same rule.
Course completion certificates are issued only for successful completion and do not affect the no-refund policy.
👩💻 3. Live Classes, Group Sessions & One-on-One Tutor Bookings
Student Cancellations: No refunds are provided for cancellations at any time. Students are expected to attend sessions they book.
Missed Sessions: If a student does not attend, no refunds or credits will be issued.
Tutor or Platform Failure: The only exceptions where students may be compensated are:
Tutor fails to show up for a confirmed session.
Verified technical/platform failure prevents the session from taking place.
In these cases, students may be offered either:A rescheduled session at no extra cost, or
A full refund (only if the rescheduling option is declined).
⚠️ 4. Technical Issues
NivTech Tutors is not responsible for issues caused by the student’s own internet, device, or software.
Refunds are not available for student-side technical problems.
If a verified platform error or tutor-side issue occurs, students will be offered a rescheduled class or refund, as stated above.
💵 5. Refund Process (Exceptions Only)
Refunds will be issued only in the rare cases mentioned above (tutor no-shows or verified platform failures).
All approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method only.
To request a refund under these exceptions, students must email support@nivtechtutors.com with:
Full name
Booking details (course/session ID)
Reason for refund request
❌ 6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are never granted for:
Change of mind after booking or purchasing
Late or last-minute cancellations by students
Missed sessions or lack of attendance
Course completion beyond any percentage
Download of digital files or learning materials
Certificates already issued
Account suspension due to Terms & Conditions violations
Any requests outside the narrow exceptions stated above
