Female instructors and students are fully permitted to wear Niqab (Naqab), hijab, or any form of modest attire during live classes, video sessions, or profile appearances.

No user shall be questioned, pressured, mocked, or discriminated against based on their appearance, attire, gender, or personal choice.

Any form of harassment, including but not limited to:

Verbal abuse

Inappropriate messages or comments

Disrespectful behavior during live classes or chats

Requests to remove niqab or change appearance

will not be tolerated.

If any user is found involved in harassment or misconduct:

Immediate account suspension or termination may occur

Evidence may be preserved (chat logs, session recordings, IP data)

Legal action may be taken under applicable laws of Pakistan

During an enquiry, NivTech Tutors may review:

Statements from both tutor and student

If any user (tutor or student) is found guilty of misconduct, fraud, false claims, or intentional misuse of the platform:

Immediate account suspension or permanent ban may be enforced

Any pending earnings, access, or privileges may be forfeited

The decision of NivTech Tutors shall be considered final and binding

Network Issues & Class Rescheduling

In case of internet, power, or technical issues faced by either the tutor or the student:

The affected class will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time

Repeated misuse of “network issues” as an excuse may be reviewed during enquiry.
