At NivTech Tutors, we are committed to maintaining a transparent, fair, and sustainable pricing system for online education. This policy explains how pricing is set, how students are charged, and how NivTech Tutors ensures integrity in financial dealings.

👩‍🏫 1. Tutor & Instructor Pricing Rules

Freedom to Set Rates

  • Tutors and instructors may determine their own course fees, hourly rates, or class charges.

  • Rates should reflect qualifications, experience, and subject complexity.

Reasonable Range Required
To ensure fairness for both tutors and students:

  • Excessively High Pricing: Sessions priced at PKR 10,000+ per hour will only be allowed with documented justification (e.g., highly specialized or advanced expertise).

  • Excessively Low Pricing: Rates such as PKR 50 per hour or other disruptive undercutting are not permitted, as they devalue education.

Factors to Consider When Pricing

  • Subject complexity (basic vs. advanced topics)

  • Tutor’s qualifications and professional experience

  • Duration and preparation required for lessons

  • Market value for similar services in Pakistan

Platform Oversight

  • NivTech Tutors may review and request adjustments to pricing if it is deemed unreasonable, misleading, or unfair.

🎓 2. Student Pricing Guidelines

  • Respect for Tutor Pricing: Students must accept the published rates before booking or enrolling.

  • No Bargaining: Direct bargaining, concessions, or requesting “special deals” outside the system is prohibited.

  • Transparency of Fees: The price shown at checkout is the final amount charged. NivTech Tutors will not add hidden fees without prior disclosure.

📦 3. Course, Live Class & Session Pricing

  • Self-Paced Courses: Displayed as a one-time fee with lifetime access unless otherwise specified.

  • Live Classes / Group Sessions: Fees are charged per session or per group batch, depending on tutor setup.

  • One-on-One Bookings: Charged hourly or per session duration, as defined by the tutor.

Currency of Payments

  • Tutors receive payments after deduction of applicable platform service charges and taxes (if any).

🔄 5. Refund & Cancellation Reference

  • Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • Refunds may be approved in cases such as tutor no-shows, technical failures, or cancellations made within the allowed timeframe.

  • Requests must be submitted via email with complete details.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
